Return & Exchange Policy – Jujubee’s Crafting

At Juju bee’s Crafting, each item is handmade and personalized with care, just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Cancelations will be done on a case-by-case basis, and the request would have had to have been made within 12 hours. This does not apply to Tiktok live claims. All live sales are final and any abandoned baskets not paid by the end of live will not be refunded the 10.00 deposit. Please ensure your payment is completed prior to leaving live. Notice is always given and always in my policy. Policy is subject to change at any time due to nature of business and demands. Please email me at support@jujubeescrafting.com

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please contact us at Support@jujubeescrafting.com within 3 business days of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging so we can review your case.

• If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
